Executive Team
Aron Lofton
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Aron Lofton built his multi-million-dollar construction and development career on his belief in what he calls “the hustle and the grind”. After playing D-II college football, he transferred to Oklahoma State University and earned his bachelor’s degree in Biomechanics. Lofton subsequently became a professional mixed martial artist fighting for some of the largest and most prestigious promotions in North America. As has been a recurrent theme throughout his life, he worked harder than anyone else—training twice daily-- to be successful. “I enjoy reaching for things that might seem beyond my grasp. I appreciate hard work and have confidence in my ability to persevere. I’ve also surrounded myself with highly talented and successful people who share my work ethic and believe in my vision and leadership.”
Between fights, Lofton worked as contractor for one of his sponsors, a local roofing company. He enjoyed a six-year MMA career and was recognized as one of the top light heavy-weight fighters in the world. After retiring from MMA, Lofton started Texas Home Design in 2008. He led the company to unprecedented growth and was consistently the go-to contractor in Austin before renaming the company THD Partners, LLC and branching out to the greater Texas area. He has an impressive portfolio of experience overseeing both residential and commercial projects.
Lofton has been recognized as an expert in commercial and multifamily construction and puts great value in the business and financial network he has built over the course of his career. He oversees the day-to-day operations, where his responsibility includes profit and loss and ensuring the execution of THD’s “One Company” vision, strategy, and business plan. He also oversees the executive team and both the construction and roofing divisions of the company.
Lofton is also the founder of Property Halo Development, a real estate development firm offering turnkey design and construction services for commercial and residential properties in Texas. He has assembled a team of well-respected industry professionals to develop commercial real estate in the major Texas markets. To date he has been directly involved with over $275,000,000 new construction and re-positioning of commercial, multifamily and medical facilities.
Lofton gives back to his local community by donating his time, treasure and talents to Roy Maas Youth Academy and St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
Jeff Blake
Partner, Account Acquisitions
A graduate of East Carolina University with a degree in Construction Management, Jeff was a 1992 draft pick of the New York Jets, launching a prolific 14-year career in the NFL. The Daytona Beach, FL, native, who was also a finalist in the 1991 Heisman Trophy voting, enjoyed his best seasons with the Cincinnati Bengals, including a spot in the 1995 Pro Bowl where he recorded the longest touchdown pass in the game’s history.
After stops in New Orleans, Baltimore, Arizona, Philadelphia, and Chicago, Jeff’s football career came to a close with more than 20,000 yards passing, 150 touchdown passes, over 2,000 yards rushing, and 14 rushing touchdowns. Despite hanging up his cleats, Jeff is using the same philosophy that garnered him success on the field to the construction business. “I want to get across to people that I am trustworthy, which makes them confident that you will be reliable,” said Jeff. “I want to get across to people that I am here to build, develop, and maintain our relationship.”
Having seen THD Partners reach new heights in recent years, Jeff is eager to lead the next wave of progression. “As our business grows and flourishes over the next five years, we want to do more in the way of acquisitions and develop our own projects and properties,” Jeff said.

Randy Henderson
Commercial Construction Manager
Randy came to THD after a successful 35-year background in construction and factory engineering, design, project/program management, domestic and international business startups, business and finance and executive leadership roles, as well as total quality improvement Six Sigma black belt and statistical analytical process improvement trainer.
Randy’s early career was in industrial and commercial construction in roles of electrician, electrical foreman and superintendent, master welder, and controls/instrumentation worker. Randy later continued his career as manager/director of instrument and controls for a leading machine tool manufacturer, and thereafter took on the role as Senior Manager of Robotics and Factory Automation for a custom design/build factory automation contractor.
It was from this step in his career that Randy began with Allied Signal/Delphi as an Engineering Specialist for its first international factory in France. Randy spent the next 12 years living and working abroad in France, Mexico, India, Thailand, and South Africa. During that time, Randy was responsible for greenfield startups and overall business management for projects in France, Mexico, Brazil, India, Thailand, Australia, China, and South Africa.
Randy held progressively more responsible roles with Allied Signal/Delphi as Engineering Specialist, International Startup Manager, International Director Operations, In Country President, Managing Director of two joint ventures, and board member of three international entities. After 12 years, Randy returned to U.S. headquarters as VP International Ventures and oversaw business case development for several new international and domestic ventures.
Following his time with Allied Signal/Delphi, Randy began a new chapter in wireless telecommunications infrastructure and held senior management and executive roles for various infrastructure buildouts in the Southeast, Northwest, Alaska, and the Southwest regions completing network builds for AT&T, Verizon, Nextel, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Clearwire.
Marcus Robbins
Business Development
Marcus has more than 15 years’ experience and a verifiable track record in marketing, acquisition, and commercial development project management. He has excelled in developing strategic partnerships throughout his career to ensure the success of his projects. Marcus has well over $20 million in his project portfolio that he has personally managed and developed from start to finish. When it comes to negotiating, team building, managing, and the overall execution of a project, he always exceeds our client’s expectations. Marcus is instrumental in establishing strong client relationships and serving as the main point of contact through projects to ensure seamless client interaction with THD Partners.
Office and Field Team
Michelle Guerrero
Office Manager
Michelle holds a Notary Public in the State of Texas for the last 3 years and is an integral part of the team that is THD Partners team for over 5 years. She prides herself in "going above and beyond" to get the job done. Efficient and hardworking is her motto and she strives to exude great integrity. She always makes herself accessible to the company, clients and vendors. She is motivated by a curiosity to learn new skills and determined to prove that in the Construction Industry "girls can do it too!" She is constantly improving and applying her skills for real-life problem solving in the construction world and resolving issues quickly. Michelle aims to succeed through planning and communication with team members to ensure a successful completion of any project-large or small. At THD Partners she is in charge of payroll, procurement and sourcing, invoicing, estimates, customer service and whatever additional support is needed.
Santiago Rosales
Construction Manager (Exterior)
Santiago has more than 20 years of experience in various fields of construction. He primarily manages full commercial rehabs, is responsible for three to four crews at a time, and operates heavy equipment. In his spare time, he is a competitive salsa dancer with his wife, Lianna.
Gil Garces
Construction Manager (Interior)
Gil has more than 18 years of experience in interior renovations and new construction. He is responsible for 20 to 25 interior rehab specialists in three different cities. Paying special attention to the small details makes Gil one of our most prized employees and crew trainers for new employees. Gil enjoys fishing and camping with his family.
James Black
Lead Estimator
James has more than 10 years of experience using Xactimate on residential and commercial properties. He allows us to speak the same code as insurance companies and make sure our customers always get a fair shake on claims. In his free time, James enjoys watching plays with his girlfriend.
Jason Atilano
Project Manager
Jason has six years of experience in construction. He manages two to three exterior crews at a time, mostly in roofing. Jason is an avid basketball player and has recently added a new baby girl to his family.
